Refund & Exchange Policy — Sukoon Leather

1. Scope & Purpose

This Refund & Exchange Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returning, exchanging, or refunding purchases from Sukoon Leather. It is intended to follow applicable Egyptian consumer protection rules and our standard business practices.

2. Consumer Rights — Quick Summary

  • You may return or exchange most items within 14 days of receiving them if they are in original condition and packaging.
  • If an item is defective or does not conform to the product description, you may request replacement or a full refund within 30 days.

3. Returns & Exchanges (Standard 14-day right)

Subject to the item type and condition, you may return or exchange items purchased from Sukoon Leather within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including any dust bags, tags, boxes).
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt or order confirmation).
  • The item is not listed as non-returnable in section 8 below.

Returned items that meet the above conditions will be eligible for a refund (subject to processing rules below) or exchange according to your preference and stock availability.

4. Defective or Non-conforming Items (30-day right)

If a product is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match its description, you have the right to request a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product. In such cases:

  • Contact our customer service immediately with photos and details of the defect.
  • We will provide return instructions and cover any reasonable return shipping costs for defective or misdescribed items.
  • We will either (a) replace the item, (b) issue a full refund to your original payment method, or (c) offer a repair where appropriate — at your choice and subject to stock/feasibility.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times may vary by payment provider; please allow up to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item for your refund to appear.

If you paid by cash on delivery, refunds may be processed via bank transfer; we will coordinate with you to complete the refund.

6. Shipping Costs & Restocking

For returns made under the standard 14-day right (change of mind), the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated. For defective or misdescribed items, Sukoon Leather will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

We do not charge restocking fees except where an item is returned in a manner that materially reduces its value (e.g., worn, soiled, or missing original packaging and accessories). Any such deductions will be explained and documented.
